  1. These are all good thoughts. I like Heinlein particularly. I think that true loving hurts more from the loved one suffering and us being helpless to heal it, than even losing their love.

    Great post for today. I have learned to check my motives for doing anything for something or someone at the door. If I expect something in return I remember such a motive usually leads to expectations which can often lead to resentment if those expectations aren’t met. Expect nothing and be grateful for everything.
