Hopefulness

12/26/2014

Let us visualize what we want to have happen… imagine and see the life we want to walk into. Let’s think about what we want to have happen in our future. See it now.

Kind actions are happening right here and right now, all around us. Look for the polite drivers who let in that merging car, and the courteous cashier who calls “I’m open over here.” Maybe you’ll observe a neighbor who smiles at others or a bus driver who is kind.

Let’s look for the good, and choose to focus on it. And let’s do what we can to BE the good. Let’s lead the way, and show how it’s done. Role models matter! And helping to shine light and kindness in the world really can be as simple as a genuine smile.

nature therapyRemember that what you think about, focus on, and do really make a difference in our world, more than you may ever know. Your smiling face, good mood and congenial kindness all help raise the energy of everyone around you.

Begin within, take care of you, and shine your light brightly. Let’s all do what we can to fill our hearts with so much gratitude and love that our hearts can overflow into the hearts of others! We need your light. You are beautiful. Thank you for visiting, reading, and being You. Namaste. Gina

“I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history. That dreams are more powerful than facts. That hope always triumphs over experience. That laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death.” ~Robert Fulghum
