A New You!

12/31/2013

time now“The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be only the beginning.” ~ Ivy Baker Priest

“Afoot and lighthearted I take to the open road, healthy, free, the world before me.”  ~ Walt Whitman

“And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.”  ~ Meister Eckhart

“Nothing is predestined. The obstacles of your past can become the gateways that lead to new beginnings.”  ~ Ralph H. Blum

always believe something wonderful“Greet the new year with a sense of joyful anticipation. No matter what has happened this year, you have the power to create your next year as you choose. You are not the same person who started this year. You are wiser, deeper, and richer for your experiences. You will take your knowledge and build on it to make a new year unlike any you have lived before. Devote this new year to gratitude, blessing, and celebration.” ~ Alan Cohen

ISAIAH 42:16 ~ And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

Thank you God for all the gifts and blessings of this year. Walk with me into the new year, and help me find Your love everywhere I go.

Let Us Affirm: I walk in love. My future is blessed by God. My new view of life provides new opportunities for growth. I love the new me!

Thank you for the excellent reminders Gina. I know many wonderful things are about to happen because they happen every moment of every day. All of my loved ones awakened this morning, their hearts beating and eyes working. They’ll see awesome beauty in snowfalls or sun shining through clouds, sunrises, sunsets, birds flying, acts of kindness, animals going about their business, art, love, and so much more. Thank you for being one of the wonderful things in my life.

My dear friend, your wise and optimistic viewpoint of life echoes my own. We are all surrounded by an abundance of blessings aren’t we Russ? Noticing them makes all the difference! I appreciate your poetic angle in this comment as well. Thank you so much for being You, and for brightening my life!
      Blessings, Gina

Thank you for always being so wonderfully inspiring. You reminded me of something a writer friend told me several years back (He was 84 at the time). “I wake every morning expecting a miracle,” he said. I vow to remember that every morning when I rise. Peace and happiness to you, Gina, in 2014.

Hello and thank you! Both for calling me inspiring, and for sharing that wise example your friend would start his day with. Wow, what a great idea. To wake up expecting a miracle is the kind of energy I want to begin with! Thanks again, and brightest blessings to you in this exciting new year.
